Overview
You are a data analyst for a company that wants to track employee performance across multiple departments. The HR team needs a Power BI dashboard to visualize productivity trends, identify top performers, and compare department performance.
Your task is to analyze employee data and create an interactive dashboard to help management make data-driven decisions.

a. Download the provided dataset

Create a Bar Chart: Tasks Completed by Department
a. Shows which department is the most productive
b. X-axis: Total tasks completed
c. Y-axis: Department -
Create a Table: Top 10 Employees by Performance Rating
a. Displays employee names and their performance rating
b. Sort in descending order (best employees on top) -
Create a Gauge Chart: Average Performance Rating
a. Displays the company’s overall performance goal vs actual rating
b. Target: Average of target ratings
