Overview
You recently bought stock in the publicly traded company Mastercard (NYSE: MA), and now its latest earnings release is out. You need to decide whether to hold onto your shares or sell them based on the company’s financial performance and outlook.
You are new to investing and don’t have a lot of extra time. Instead of reading through pages of complex financial reports, you’ll use AI to help highlight important insights. Your goals are to:

Identify positive and negative signals that could impact the stock price.

Use AI to analyze the following financial metrics: Revenue growth or decline, change in net income, earnings per share actuals vs. Analysts estimates, and unusual expenses.

Use AI to create a bank of words or phrases that may indicate positive or negative signals in the earnings call

Using that bank, have ChatGPT read the earnings release and flag sections that may have positive or negative signals.
