I had a little bit different way to calculate the increase of salary. I subtract 2023 salary from 2024 salary and divide that by 2023 salary.

I have a question with the solution file, why would the average of the percent column not equal the average of 2024 - 2023 divided by 2024? If you did those columns, you would get around 29% increase instead of 21. Iām sure the solution is correct, Iād just be interested to learn why.
