This was a fun challenge, and in the end the mini-fridge was worth it.

The Gain is small after adding the minifridge, but it is still there so in time it is a good change.

The drinks seem a bit expensive he should try and find cheaper drinks or buy from the manufacturer rather than a retailer.

It seems that it is better for profits to offer drinks

This does seem to be an effective strategy as the net income did increase!

Tom’s mini fridge strategy is effective; his net income increased after the purchase. To increase net income further, he could try limiting the amount of free drinks per customer to 1 or 2.

The mini fridge works! Net income and total sales increase. In order to continue to increase profits, it would be wise to implement a limit per customer. Or, a “buy at least $30 of food, get 2 drinks free”, and slowly increase that price limit.

Little Chicken’s new mini fridge strategy is effective - net income increased after Tom introduced free drinks to his customers. If Tom were to charge for drinks, even for a large discount, his net income would further increase!

Tom should keep giving away drinks because it increased his total sales and net income.

Here is my response to this challenge

I got $957 before and $991.86 after. The drinks bring in an extra $34.86 in profit, so it just depends on if you think the required upkeep is worth the money

This is my solutions! The Response to Toms strategy is in the file.

Using this information, I believe that the mini-fridge strategy has been effective. The change I would make would be to limit the amount of drinks a customer can take to 1.
