I found that his business should keep giving away free drinks! While it isn’t a huge margin of difference in net income because costs are higher, it is driving chicken sales up, and the margin per sale is higher. My solution is posted below

Here is my solutuion. The mini-fridge is effective as Tom has a higher net income with the fridge than without it. However, Tom should limit the number of free drinks each customer takes. This would increase his total net income.

Here’s my solution, I do think the mini fridge was profitable as it increased his Net Income, but I think it is something that could easily be taken advantage of by customers and increase his costs substantially.

Here’s my solution! It looks like offering the drinks is both increasing his revenues and expenses. However, his net income is slightly higher when offering the drinks than it was when he wasn’t.

Here is my solution! I would say the mini fridge strategy is effective but I think that he should limit the amount of free drinks that he gives out.

Here is my solution! He is more profitable with the new mini fridge, but would benefit from charging a small amount for the drinks.
Based off of the data given it does make more since to keep using the mini fridge to increase sales.
