Here is my data after completing this challenge. It was fairly easy to follow and a good review of beginner excel principles. I would recommend to anyone that is wanting to better their proficiency in excel formatting.

 I like this post

I formatted mine pretty similarly though I differed on my conclusion, primarily I felt that Tesla was in decline due to the increase in operational cash and the increase in spending on the other two categories.

Here is my solution. I really enjoyed learning how to extract a companies financial statements in excel format from the SEC website. So cool! I realized when I checked the solution that I used the wrong operator for some of my calculations. Be careful not to try to subtract a negative number.
Thanks for the challenge!

I think i did the FCF wrong and I had issues getting another company’s data into my sheet.], but overall a great review of basic excell principles.

Here is my solution. This was a lot harder and took more time than I expected. I had a few things different from the solution but I loved learning about it!

This challenge helped me understand the insights Excel can provide for a business. Helps bridge the gap between class and real life.
I didn’t quite understand what “adding the exchange rate effect” meant, though. I realize it’s a line item on the SCF, but I wasn’t sure how this “effect” should be applied to the whole table.

This was a difficult challenge in that there was a lot of data to organize, but it was a good one and I felt like I was getting much faster with manipulating the data by the end!

I really enjoyed how this challenge allowed me to practice importing another company’s financial statements and it was a nice refresher on excel’s conditional formatting capabilities! I used The Walt Disney Company’s financial statements to complete the challenge.

Here is the solution took a bit, but definitely easier doing this now than at the beginning of the semester
