This was a great practice challenge. I think I may have overcomplicated the workflow.

Here is my solution! While sales did increase dramatically after implementing the mini fridge, expenses increased proportionally to the point where the increase in net income is marginal. I would recommend to Tom that he limit each customer to one free drink so as to continue experiencing sales growth without quite as much expense growth at the same time.

Really great challenge! Had a fun time solving this one.

I love these challenges because there really are multiple ways to come to the right answer. It was fun seeing how my approach was different and similar in various ways.

Here is my solution, great challenge.

Sweet challenge. I had a hard time trying to figure out how to simplify my table so I ended up leaving the $0 values in the table. Here is my answer with the corresponding output:
