Cool challenge. For my solutions I used an XLOOKUP function and replicated it throughout the cells, as follows:
=XLOOKUP(D$4&$C5,Voting_Data!$I$2:$I$541,Voting_Data!$F$2:$F$541)

Liked the challenge. Text split doesn’t work because of a spill over error. TEXTBEFORE and TEXTAFTER are easier for me to use.

I really liked doing this challenge! For this case I used XLOOKUP, but I am pretty sure there are more efficient or shorter ways to do it! Conditional Formatting made this challenge better, since theres something hidden in it. Great challenge!
