Using the “Top % of items” conditional formatting allows for a very clean break.

Great exercise! It was a good practice to start with. I also used the LEFT()/MID()/RIGHT() functions to split the text characters. I actually had the most difficulty with counting the total seconds since I kept thinking of how I would solve the problem in Java or VBA. Turns out a simple SUMIF() worked wonders.

That was an awesome challenge, I learned so much! At first I tried to figure it out on my own and follow the steps with different formulas but the solution walk-through helped me really simplify and learn easier faster ways to do it. There are so many functions and tools on Excel I had no idea existed!
